Born in 1988, Veronica began studying singing at a very young age. In 2014, she obtained her Diploma with Honours in Lyrical Singing from the Umberto Giordano Conservatory of Foggia under the guidance of the mezzo-soprano Angela Bonfitto.
In June 2015, she obtained her Master of Higher Education from the University of Bologna in Artistic Vocology under the teaching of Franco Fussi and Silvia Magnani, Doctors in Phoniatry.
She won 1st Prize at the 14th Luigi Zanuccoli International Lyric Singing Competition, and 1st Prize in the International Competition for Opera Singers Cengio in Lirica 2016.
She had her debut in August 2016, as Liù in Turandot, in Braunfels in Germany, as part of the Festival Europa Opera Classica conducted by Maestro Sibylle Wagner, a role successfully reinterpreted at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet Oleg Danovski of Constanta in Romania.
She was Elena in Il Cappello di Paglia in Florence in the LTL Opera Studio project, performing at theatres that include: the Teatro Verdi in Pisa, the Teatro del Giglio in Lucca; and the Goldoni Theatre in Livorno under the direction of Maestro Francesco Pasqualetti.
In April 2017, she had her debut as Oscar in Un ballo in maschera at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet Oleg Danovski of Constanta in Romania directed by Maesro Koichi Inoue, and the role of Musetta in La Bohèmein the famous Pucciniane Postcards festival in Lucca, organized by the Teatro del Giglio and the Teatro Stabile di Potenza conducted by Maestro Benedetto Montebello.
She was the Countess of Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro at the Opera Nice Cotè d'Azur and Anthea Antipolis Theatre in Nice and Antibes in France, under the direction of Maestro György G. Ráth, directed by Daniel Benoin.
She also concentrated upon chamber repertoire: singing in a duo with guitarist Luciano Pompilio (1st Prize Montelimar Competition), performing music by Giuliani, Rodrigo, De Falla, etc. on tour throughout Europe: in the summer of 2018 they were guests in the prestigious Iserlohn Guitar Festival 2018 in Germany and the Halbturner Schlosskonzerte in Vienna.
Her recent and future engagements include: Oscar in Un ballo in maschera at the Teatro delle Muse in Ancona; the debut of Gilda in Rigoletto in concert at the Moscow International Performing Art Center in Moscow; Eileen Sherwood in the musical A Beautiful Town by Leonard Bernstein; and Zerlina in Don Giovanni in the Opera Theatres of Nice and Antibes.
She is currently studying with Soprano Francesca Patanè.
