Elena Migliorati was born in Perugia, with dual US/Italian nationality. Cultural consultant, entertainment agent, translator, she is a licensed Architect with a thesis in Soundscaping from the University of Florence.

A jazz festival and event organizer, as well as a production manager ("Eventi Music Pool", "Crossroads", "Ravenna Jazz Festival", "Visioninmusica" and many others) with more than 15 years of experience, Elena started at a very young age to study classical music (first with Setzuko Murata - Suzuki method for piano, then attending the Francesco Morlacchi Music Conservatory under the guidance of Professor Maria Flaminia Spaventi) and ballet (at the Floriana Mariotti Professional Dance Center). She is now completing a master's degree in Architecture at the University of Florence.

Particularly eclectic, endowed with natural organizational and managerial skills, an expert in the fields of acoustics and music, her interests include theater, dance, literature, art, restoration, traveling to explore different cultures, architectural surveying and computer sciences.

While maintaining a stable role in her family’s architectural firm, being the official translator for the scientific journal Diségno and the italiajazz.it portal, and collaborating with the London-based Only Stage agency as manager and consultant for Jazz and pop, she also works as a freelance professional with the most prestigious music agencies and with many artists of international renown.

Her latest commitments see Elena as network coordinator and communication manager (since 2019) of the newborn Jazz Italian Platform Association, that gathers the most important and long-lived Italian Festivals such as Umbria Jazz, Veneto Jazz, Bologna Jazz and others. In July 2020 she has been chosen to participate in the virtual mentoring program she.grows France & Italy, supported by Youtube Music, as the first mentor working in the field of jazz.

A member of the Steering Committee of the Fondazione Umbra per l'Architettura Galeazzo Alessi of Perugia, Italy, with duties regarding organization, logistics, web services and graphics from 2012 to 2015, she was also a member, from 2016 to 2019, of the Foundation’s Board of Administration, in charge of communications and marketing.
