March 22nd | Eckehard Stier conducts Final Symphony in Winnipeg, Canada
Eckehard Stier will lead The FILMharmonique Orchestra at Centennial Concert Hall in Winnipeg, Canada in “Final Symphony – Music from FINAL FANTASY VI, VII and X”. The concert will also feature Mischa Cheung (piano).
Final Symphony brings to the concert hall the celebrated music of Nobuo Uematsu and Masashi Hamauzu, composers of the iconic FINAL FANTASY video game series. Through large-scale orchestral arrangements, the program revisits some of the most memorable themes from the series, transforming them into symphonic works designed for live performance.
Presented by GFN Productions, the project has been performed worldwide with sold-out concerts and offers an orchestral experience that connects symphonic tradition with contemporary media music, engaging both longtime fans and new audiences.
