July 25th | Eckehard Stier opens the Würzburg Hafensommer Festival
The Würzburg Philharmonic Orchestra, under the baton of Eckehard Stier, will inaugurate the Hafensommer Festival 2025 with the “Sparda-Bank Classic Night”. This open-air concert, set against the scenic backdrop of the Old Port (Alter Hafen), blends the majestic view of surrounding vineyards with the striking industrial character of the Kulturspeicher.
Hosted on a floating stage, the event offers a unique cultural experience from the grand outdoor staircase behind the heating plant—an ideal setting to mark the festive opening of the summer music season.
