May 19th | Gabriel Prokofiev joins panel discussion at ISPA Singapore Congress
Gabriel Prokofiev will take part in the panel discussion “What Endures, What Transforms: Art Across Cultures and Generations” at the ISPA Singapore Congress.
The session will explore how artistic traditions endure across generations and how they continue to shape contemporary practices. Focusing on Southeast Asia and wider intercultural perspectives, the panel will consider the role of cultural memory, spiritual practices and community identity in artmaking.
The discussion will also address what it means to push boundaries when working with tradition, and how artists can approach intercultural collaboration with respect and awareness.
Gabriel Prokofiev will join a panel of international speakers including Meenakshy Bhaskar, Joon-Yee Kwok, Venka Purushothaman and Maria Tri Sulistyani.
