Gabriel Prokofiev signs an exclusive publishing deal with Wise Music Classical

Only Stage is proud to announce that our composer and producer Gabriel Prokofiev has signed an exclusive publishing deal with Chester Music, part of the Wise Music Group.

Recognised as a distinctive and powerful voice in today’s contemporary classical scene, Gabriel Prokofiev merges classical and electronic music, concert compositions, and multimedia experiences with outstanding originality. His work spans orchestral and chamber music, scores for film, dance, and opera, as well as innovative solo concertos.

His latest concerto – the Synthesizer Concerto, commissioned by Orquestra Sinfónica do Porto Casa da Música and Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini – will premiere on November 15th at Casa da Música in Porto (Portugal), with Inna Faliks on synthesizer and the orchestra conducted by Andrew Gourlay. This marks his tenth concerto, continuing his exploration of unconventional solo instruments in the concert format.

Also released on October 3rd is his new LP Dark Lights on the Nonclassical label, featuring the FAMES European Youth Orchestra, pianist Viviana-Zarah Baudis, and remixes by NWAKKE, Adhelm, and Nicholas Thayer. The CD version will follow in January 2026.

Gabriel will also perform at Up Close and Musical Festival in London on November 5th, further showcasing his bold and cross-genre artistic identity.

On joining Wise Music, Gabriel Prokofiev commented:

“I’m thrilled to be joining the Wise Music family. Wise have an extensive international network, and I’m really looking forward to working with them to bring my orchestral and chamber music to many new orchestras, ensembles and audiences.”
