press

"Few words for Ilaria Ribezzi (Suzuki) — she was perhaps the true star of the evening, despite her secondary role. Exceptional from every point of view. We wish her a brilliant career, considering that with a voice like hers, she can achieve anything."
Renato Olivelli, Le Salon Musical

"Ilaria Ribezzi’s vocal performance, marked by a well-shaped and bronzed tone, was highly refined. Her portrayal of Suzuki was scenically powerful and deeply moving, in full harmony and vocal synergy with the lead in the ensemble scenes. The Flower Duet was rendered by the two artists as a small masterpiece."
Cristina Miriam Chiaffoni, OperaLibera

"Outstanding was Ilaria Ribezzi as Suzuki, the loyal servant, to whom the mezzo-soprano gave highly expressive phrasing and strikingly vivid gestures, combined with a remarkable vocal softness and excellent diction — all qualities that clearly made her one of the best performers in the cast."
Giuliana Cutore, Bellininews

"Supported by the loyal and loving servant Suzuki — portrayed by Ilaria Ribezzi, simply perfect in both vocal and interpretative expressiveness."
Carlo Martinens, Sicilia Report
