Luca Franzetti will perform “Bach, Dante e il silenzio degli ignavi" at the Auditorium Masini of the conservatory in Reggio Emilia.

The project brings together Johann Sebastian Bach’s music and a reflection inspired by Dante, exploring the creative process as an act of choice and responsibility. Starting from the idea that every artistic path is one among many possible directions, the performance invites the audience to consider the ethical dimension of creation and the human experience behind it.

At the centre of the program is Bach’s Suite No. 5 in C minor for solo cello, BWV 1011, one of the most profound works in the solo cello repertoire, here performed with scordatura.
