Cellist Anastasia Kobekina joins the Norddeutsche Philharmonie Rostock under the baton of Marcus Bosch for a powerful performance at the Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, set on the scenic island of Poel.
Celebrated for her exceptional musicality and versatility, Anastasia Kobekina will perform Shostakovich’s Concerto No. 1 in E-flat major, op. 107, a work of striking intensity and inner tension, which places the soloist in deep dialogue with the orchestra. The program continues with Bruckner’s Symphony No. 3 in D minor WAB 103, a monumental and spiritual journey that further highlights the orchestra’s expressive range.
