Susanna Stefani Caetani, our founder and head of management at Only Stage, has been invited to serve on the jury of the Second Shangyin Opera House & Gulangyu Opera Competition, taking place from July 5 to 11, 2025 in Shanghai and Xiamen.

This prestigious competition, organised by the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and the Shangyin Opera House, is open to opera singers of all nationalities aged between 18 and 35, aiming to promote young talents and elevate the art of opera both in China and internationally.

As part of a distinguished jury that includes prominent figures such as Liao Changyong, Zhang Guoyong, Markus Eiche, and Shi Yijie, Susanna brings her deep artistic vision and international experience to support and assess the next generation of opera singers.

Her presence in the jury reaffirms Only Stage’s ongoing commitment to fostering talent and encouraging global artistic dialogue. Susanna has previously served on juries of other international competitions and has an outstanding background as a concert pianist and music manager. She is also the founder of Only Maestros and Only Stage International Conducting Competition.
