On December 12th, pianist Vincent Larderet releases the first single from his upcoming album “Ravel: The Complete Works for Solo Piano, Vol. 2”, to be published on January 16th, 2026. The single features “Le Tombeau de Couperin, M. 68: VI. Toccata”, one of the most brilliant, rhythmically incisive, and technically demanding movements in Ravel’s piano output, combining neoclassical clarity with virtuosic intensity.

This recording is part of a wider project dedicated to presenting a complete, four-volume edition of Ravel’s solo piano works, including rare pieces and world-premiere recordings.

The album will also include transcriptions prepared by Ravel’s close collaborators and works recorded directly from the annotated scores of Vlado Perlemuter, who worked closely with the composer from 1927 onward.
