Right after his recital in Vigo, Spain, cellist Yibai Chen travels to Georgia to perform at the prestigious Telavi International Music Festival. Together with the Giya Kancheli Tbilisi Youth Orchestra, conducted by Kakhi Solomnishvili, Yibai Chen will take the stage with one of the most beloved concertos in the cello repertoire: Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme, Op. 33.
