October 12th – 13th | Maria Badstue conducts the SOI Chamber Orchestra in Mumbai
Maria Badstue conducts the SOI Chamber Orchestra in two performances in Mumbai, at the Prithvi Theatre in Juhu and the Experimental Theatre at the NCPA.
The programme opens with Ralph Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis, followed by Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante, featuring violinist Nicolas Dautricourt and violist Loan Cazal. The concerts conclude with Joseph Haydn’s Symphony No. 49 in F minor, “La Passione”, one of the composer’s most dramatic symphonic works.
