From July 4th to 25th, the Opernfestspiele Heidenheim presents an exceptional operatic pairing: Giacomo Puccini’sbrilliant one-act comedy “Gianni Schicchi” and Richard Strauss’s psychological masterpiece “Elektra”. Under the baton of Marcus Bosch, the two productions are staged in alternation across six performances, brought to life by the Stuttgarter Philharmoniker and a cast of internationally acclaimed artists, including our Rory Musgrave in the title role of Gianni Schicchi.
