OnlyMaestros, the educational division of Only Stage, presents a five-day orchestral conducting masterclass led by internationally acclaimed conductor Oleg Caetani, taking place from December 12 to 16, 2026, at the Teatro Laura Betti in Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna.

Designed for conducting students and professional conductors seeking to refine their technique and deepen their understanding of the symphonic repertoire, the course offers an opportunity to work directly with Maestro Caetani and the Orchestra Fondazione Luciano Pavarotti.

The masterclass combines two days of intensive sessions with pianists (December 12–13), followed by two days of rehearsals with a professional orchestra (December 14–15). On December 16, four selected participants will conduct the orchestra in a final public concert.

In addition, one particularly deserving participant may be awarded one year of complimentary artist management and professional representation by Only Stage, providing an opportunity for further career development.

Participation is limited to 16 active conductors, selected on the basis of their curriculum vitae and conducting videos. Orchestral sessions will be recorded, with individual recordings available to participants upon request.
