Our cellist Luca Franzetti will present the Italian premiere of “Il silenzio degli ignavi” at Casa della Musica in Parma, as part of Festival della Parola, Musica In-chiostro 2026.
Written and performed by Franzetti, the musical reading brings together Luca Franzetti, cello, and Salvatore Borsellino, narrator, in a dialogue between music and words.
Moving from Dante Alighieri’s Inferno to Johann Sebastian Bach’s Fifth Suite for solo cello, the work reflects on indifference, compromise and the responsibility of taking a position in the face of injustice.
