September 3rd – 7th | Marcus Bosch, OnlyMaestros conducting masterclass in Bologna
The upcoming conducting masterclass led by our conductor Marcus Bosch will take place from September 3rd to 7th at the Teatro Comunale Laura Betti in Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna, featuring the Orchestra Fondazione Luciano Pavarotti.
Organised by OnlyMaestros, an Only Stage brand dedicated to conducting masterclasses, the course is open to orchestral conducting students with a solid technical background as well as professional conductors wishing to refine their technique and broaden their repertoire.
The masterclass will begin with two days of sessions with pianists on September 3rd and 4th, followed by orchestral rehearsals on September 5th and 6th. The programme includes works by Beethoven, Mendelssohn Bartholdy and Wagner, offering participants the opportunity to work on key works of the symphonic repertoire.
The four best participants, selected by Maestro Bosch, will have the opportunity to conduct during the final concert on September 7th at 8:45 p.m.
In addition, one deserving participant may be selected to receive one year of complimentary management by Only Stage, London.
