Marcus Bosch receives critical acclaim for “La Diva” with Capella Aquileia
Our conductor Marcus Bosch has received positive reviews from the German press following two performances of “La Diva”, presented with Capella Aquileia and soprano Olga Busuioc in Heidenheim and Bayreuth on 10 and 11 October 2026.
In its review published on 11 October, Heidenheimer Zeitung praised Bosch’s thoughtful programming, highlighting his exploration of lesser-known operatic repertoire alongside celebrated works. The newspaper noted his ability to go beyond familiar selections, bringing rarely performed compositions to the concert stage.
The Nordbayerischer Kurier, reviewing the performance at Bayreuth’s Friedrichsforum on 12 October, described Bosch as “one of the most distinguished and innovative figures on the German music scene.” The review also praised Capella Aquileia’s performance, highlighting the orchestra’s expressive interpretations and the carefully conceived programme.
