November 19th – 29th | Raphaela Gromes – Germany Tour with the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra and Sergey Smbatyan
The Germany Tour with the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra conducted by Sergey Smbatyan presents a program of vibrant symphonic masterpieces featuring the acclaimed cellist Raphaela Gromes as soloist.
The tour includes performances in Essen, Mannheim and Vilbel, where Gromes will perform Antonín Dvořák’s Cello Concerto in B minor, Op. 104, and Edward Elgar’s Cello Concerto in E minor, Op. 85 — two of the most celebrated works in the cello repertoire. Each concert offers a different program, both culminating with Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 5 in E minor, Op. 64, under the dynamic baton of Sergey Smbatyan.
