Valentina Scheldhofen Ciardelli will perform at Casa della Musica in Parma with harpist Anna Astesano and the La Toscanini Ensemble.

The concert, titled Accordi Discordi, brings together the formal balance of Mozart’s classicism and contemporary writing, exploring timbre, structure and new sound perspectives.

The evening will include the world premiere of Valentina Scheldhofen Ciardelli’s new composition Concertino N.1, Into the Forest for double bass and harp soloists, string quartet and clarinet.

With Mihaela Costea and Ginevra Tavani violin, Carmen Condur viola, Pietro Nappi cello, and Miriam Caldarini clarinet and bass clarinet.
